The OSINT Foundation says goodbye to Dr. Tom Fingar

The OSINT Foundation says goodbye to Dr. Tom Fingar. An inaugural member of our Advisory Board, his term completed December 31. Dr. Fingar is a Shorenstein APARC Fellow at Stanford University. He served as the first Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Analysis and Chairman of the National Intelligence Council. His wisdom and guidance will be sorely missed. Thank you so much, Tom!
