Congratulations to Bob Wilkinson who received the inaugural IC OSINT Educator of the Year award. The award recognizes an OSINT education professional who enables practitioners by providing high quality and innovative training, demonstrating principles of adult learning as well as sound IC OSINT fundamentals and tradecraft, and who significantly contributes to the discipline by developing new approved courses or curricula, training materials, training methodology, or publishing on OSINT broadly or OSINT training specifically. The award was presented by OSINT Foundation Tradecraft Committee Chair Colin Collins and accompanying Mr. Wilkinson is Anderson Sale, Director of Operations, US Army Intelligence and Security Command.
