Congratulations to April Brzuchalski of the US Army OSINT Office, the recipient of the IC OSINT Catalyst of the Year award. The IC OSINT Catalyst of the Year award recognizes OSINT professionals other than collectors or analysts who enable practitioners, demonstrate exceptional service to the Nation, and materially contribute to the discipline. The award was presented by OSINT Foundation president Barbara Alexander.
