The IC OSINT Innovation of the Year Award recognizes the novel government technique, process or platform which has demonstrably improved the effectiveness of the discipline. Examples may include but not limited to: a GOTS tool, collection management or dissemination platform, a managed attribution solution, a data science technique, algorithm, analytic technique, collection TTP, or product line.
