U.S. Department of Justice releases new guidance on its Data Security Program (DSP)

U.S. Department of Justice releases new guidance on its Data Security Program (DSP) with substantial impacts to data brokers and related industries. The updated guidance prohibits the "bulk U.S. sensitive personal data" as well as U.S. Government related data to specified countries as a means of bolstering our nation's security.
