Barbara Alexander Named President of the OSINT Foundation

The OSINT Foundation is very pleased to announce Barbara Alexander as President. Mrs. Alexander’s leadership was instrumental in establishing the Foundation, and in this role she will provide strategic direction and oversight. As the former Director of the Collection Requirements Division at DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis, she oversaw the Department’s OSINT activities and established the DHS Open Source Enterprise.
